SHIPPING

Shipping is worldwide, the item price is shown on website + additional shipping charges (which depends on the destination). 

More details about shipping will be sent to your email or by phone after your order is dispatched.

PROCESSING TIME

All crafts are made to order. 

Crafting process takes 1-3 days. Time of dispatch depends on orders quantity.

 When your order is ready you will receive the information by phone or email you left at checkout. 

You can always ask how long it takes to make exact product in current time.

RETURN 

If for some reason you are not happy with your order please contact me and i'm sure we will find best solution (change the item, refund or so on).

 Refundable item should be without signs of use.

 Money will be refunded after item is returned.

 Anyhow customised crafts not returnable.
